Anxiety can often be overlooked or mistaken for another condition, and therefore undiagnosed, misunderstood, and psychologically swept under the carpet, while the Anxiety itself creates havoc in the nervous system of the body. Catching the signs of anxiety early can mean the prevention of far more grave conditions.
Anxiety is a feeling that manifests in various ways, it can begin with your heart beating faster, usually in response to a stressful situation. Another symptom, even more, common is your palms become sweaty as you’re confronted with a perceived overwhelming task or event. Note the word ‘perceived’! In a personal computerwith the Windows operating system, Ctrl-Alt-Delete is the combination of keyboard keys that the computer user can press at the same time to terminate an application taskor to reboot the operating system (have it shut down and restart itself). Imagine if it was as simple as that with your mind? To be able to control a situation, to create an alternative, and then to delete what is destructive and no longer serves us. Well, Control, Alt - Delete can be instant metaphysically, the challenge is inviting the rest of the body to join in with what the mind is willing to change!
In a computer it happens instantaneously at a click of a mouse or the press of the keys; in real life when we need to ‘reboot’ or ‘reset’ our own physicality, health, and clarity, it only takes longer because the wiring between the mind and the physical (the action) can be compromised due to out of balanced chemistry, bias, beliefs or in other words ‘mid-ear banter!’ (more…)
